Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Avorynt Labs LLC (“Avorynt Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit avoryntlabs.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to orders placed through it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number if you provide one. If you contact support, we keep the contents of that correspondence.

Age and use confirmations. When you enter the Site you confirm that you are 21 or older and that any materials you purchase are for in-vitro research use only. We record that a confirmation was given.

Payment information. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are handled by them. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive only what the processor returns to us, such as a transaction reference, the result of the authorization, and the last four digits of the card.

Technical information. Our web server and security software log standard request data including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is used to operate the Site, detect abuse, and diagnose faults.

2. What We Do Not Do

As of the effective date below, we do not run web analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party marketing trackers on this Site, and we do not operate a marketing email list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If we add any of these in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

3. How We Use Information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to contact you about it.
  • To verify eligibility and screen for fraudulent or unlawful orders.
  • To provide customer support and handle damage or fulfillment claims.
  • To keep records required for tax, accounting, and regulatory purposes.
  • To secure and maintain the Site.

4. When We Share Information

We share personal information only where it is necessary:

  • Shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your order.
  • Our payment processor receives the information needed to charge you and to run fraud checks.
  • Service providers such as our web host and email provider process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, subpoena, or lawful request, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfer in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies

We use only cookies that are necessary for the Site to function: keeping your cart contents, maintaining your session and login, recording your age and research-use confirmation so you are not asked on every page, and security features provided by our host. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not work correctly if you do.

6. Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Account information is kept while your account is open. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterward. Server logs are kept on a short rolling basis.

7. Security

The Site is served over encrypted connections and access to order data is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at avoryntlabs@gmail.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to request a copy in a portable format, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute.

To make a request, email avoryntlabs@gmail.com from the address associated with your order. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some records, such as completed transaction records, must be retained even after a deletion request.

9. Age Restriction

This Site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at avoryntlabs@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as a carrier’s tracking page. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a revised effective date, and where required by law we will give additional notice.
